General Terms & Conditions for All Grow Disrupt Events
Speaker Line-Up
Speakers, presenters, and panelists are subject to change at the discretion of Grow Disrupt. However, we are committed to maintaining the high quality and caliber of every speaker featured at our events.

Refunds & Transfers
All ticket purchases under $1,000 are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a ticket holder cannot attend an event, they may submit a written request to transfer the value of their purchase to another Grow Disrupt event by emailing info@GrowDisrupt.com. This request must be received at least 10 business days prior to the event start date. Transfer approvals are at the sole discretion of Grow Disrupt and are subject to availability.

For tickets priced at $1,000 or more, specific refund, rescheduling, or transfer terms will be outlined in the event-specific Terms & Conditions provided post-registration.

Event-Specific Terms & Conditions
Each event will have its own detailed Terms & Conditions. These will be supplied via email within three (3) business days of registration. Those event-specific Terms & Conditions supersede the general T&C listed on this site in the event of any conflict.

Payment Plan Defaults
Failure to complete a payment plan as agreed may result in the loss of access to the event. All payments made to that point will be forfeited. No credit, refund, or transfer will be provided for defaulted plans. If you anticipate a need to change your payment plan, contact info@GrowDisrupt.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Force Majeure
Grow Disrupt is not liable for cancellation, interruption, or performance failure due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, labor strikes, or government mandates.

Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes must be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
