Seeking the Leadership Style that Works for You

Notes:

Prompts From This Replay:
- Identify the best company culture you've experienced (not your own) and tell the watch-partner (or write down) what you loved about it.
- Write down everything that culture enabled the organization to do.
- Identify the worst company culture you've experienced and tell your watch-partner (or write down) what made that environment so terrible.
- Now tell the chat what that culture did to the organization. (Were people afraid to speak up? Was ownership missing? Did people dread coming to work? Were people quiet quitting? Etc.)
- Look at everything you wrote down (or think on what you said) and jot down a few notes on where you're seeing BOTH of these in your own culture (for yourself or for your team)
- Identify at least 3 different people whose perspective you could gather to be part of your normal leadership structure.
- Think about a specific problem in your business that you're trying to solve. Identify the individuals with the most direct contact with it, then list them below your new Leadership Dome Individuals. You've now got the framework to start your new leadership journey!
